I listened to the opening track Goin’ Down To Mexico and liked it a lot. Just Got Back From Babys make listening to ZZ Top like being in some sort of time warp. This track is just a stunning masterpiece. Just Got Paid is astounding. Bar B Q - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. This is one of those songs that musicians strive to write and create. Waitin’ For The Bus is one of the coolest songs ZZ Top has ever recorded. First time I heard Jesus Just Left Chicago was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Beer Drinkers and Hell Raisers is one of the most beautiful songs ever to grace my stereo. A unique and uplifting song. Voice of ZZ Top in Tush is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Thunderbird has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Within the first few notes of Blue Jean Blues it’s perfectly clear that ZZ Top is living this song. Heard It On The X is a bit of a show-tune. No ZZ Top song has come close to capturing my attention as It’s Only Love did. Arrested For Driving While Blind hits the heart. I Thank You - To me, this is the best song on the Rancho Texicano: The Very Best Of (Remastered) (CD 1). Cheap Sunglasses gives good insight into the truths. Such hits like I’m Bad Im Nationwide will leave you hooked. A Fool For Your Stockings is possibly the best song ZZ Top has come up.
