This album has some very good songs like Gimme All Your Lovin’ and Sharp Dressed Man. I am not a real Rock: Blues music type of person, but i have to admit ‘Greatest Hits’ really is amazing. While no new ZZ Top album is in sight, the artist has been road testing new songs during 1992 tour in Europe. ZZ Top “Greatest Hits” is an amazing album.
Sharp Dressed Man - A catchy, upbeat tune. Rough Boy is a cool song and it grows on you. Tush marked the continuation of ZZ Top in style evolution. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. This song could easily nestle itself onto the world top playlists. I’m Bad, I’m Nationwide is just simply stunning. It took me a little time but I ended up loving Viva Las Vegas. Doubleback is an underrated song: I like its lyrics and melody a lot. This track is a killer, it just grabs you instantly. Got Me Under Pressure is a bit of a show-tune. Give It Up - For me, this is the best of the album. Cheap Sunglasses is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track ZZ Top ever produced. Sleeping Bag is a great song for a cosy night in when it’s cold and wintry outside. This is one hell of a track. La Grange - I just love it. Vocal harmonies in this track are great and song structure is just right. In Legs ZZ Top spins a tale you want to hear to the end.
