Nowhere is this more so than on their re-working of Robyn on ‘Curriculum Vitae’. Robyn had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. It has been two years Robyn’ last studio CD, “Robyn” which won Array Grammy Awards and was nominated for album of the year. This album is in perfect progression from Robyn!
Anytime You Like (3:54) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! A great put together song. Eclipse - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. Robotboy actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Robyn’s face. Crash & Burn Girl - Well, here we get a bit more meaning. Voice and instruments in Bionic Woman complement each other. A fantastic track full of wonder. With Every Heartbeat is another strong production from Robyn. Song Cobrastyle is actually a funny song. I like Konichiwa Bitches because it’s extremely catchy and has awesome drumming. Handle Me is one of the coolest songs Robyn has ever recorded. Listening to Bum Like You you can hear that Robyn has still amazing chemistry with band members. This track is almost perfect, instrumentals and vocals combine awesomely.
