Since Radiohead last CD (Pablo Honey) on Columbia Records back in 1993, I have felt a massive void in my life. It’s natural for Radiohead to take a stab at ‘You’ considering her long-professed love for EMF. After debuting at No. 1 last week, Radiohead’s album Pablo Honey falls to No. 2 with 682,000, a sales slide of 72%. If I may, I suggest “You”. That one song is amazing!
Once Creep gets in your head, it will NEVER leave. One listen to the sheer beauty of How Do You? was all I needed. Radiohead rocks harder than ever with Stop Whispering. In Thinking About You full palet of sound is used by Radiohead to accentuate the presentation. Anyone Can Play Guitar - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Radiohead. No Radiohead song has come close to capturing my attention as Ripcord did. Vegetable without a doubt is the standout song of Pablo Honey. Prove Yourself has a fun tempo. This track is full of harmonies and gets Pablo Honey off to a relaxing start. Lurgee great lyrics, dark, deep, angry and cool.Simple and heartfelt closing track Blow Out closes Pablo Honey on a high note. Creep (Bonus Track) still maintains something of a specific flourish.
