Radiohead had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. This is one of the best Cd’s Radiohead has dropped to date. Hail To The Thief carries a very emotional theme throughout the album. Exciting stuff.
Once you hear Sit Down. Stand Up, you will listen to it over and over. Sail To The Moon without a doubt is the standout song of Hail To The Thief. First time I heard Backdrifts was on radio driving in my car and sonically it just sounded amazing.Go To Sleep - is a breath or fresh air compared to many previous songs of Radiohead. Where I End and You Begin is a very catchy tune. I came to like We Suck Young Blood. The Gloaming is really a nice song to relax and listen too. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Strong percussion and poignant lyrics of this track really gets under your skin. A Punchup At A Wedding is nothing but pure genius. Radiohead rocks harder than ever with Myxomatosis. Scatterbrain - A strong beat. Radiohead sings A Wolf At The Door in such a comforting, confident voice that you can’t help but be moved.
