This album has some very good songs like Death On Two Legs and Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon. Thom Yorke has compared writing for Queen’s new album to that on ‘A Night At The Opera’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. eight years ago, Queen briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon”. A Night At The Opera constantly brilliant.
Lazing On A Sunday Afternoon actually sounds so joyous, that you can practically see a smile on Queen’s face. Queen emotions are reflected through I’m In Love With My Car. Although You’re My Best Friend is very melodic it is far from sad. ‘39 is a bit of a show-tune. Sweet Lady is another favourite of mine. Seaside Rendezvous is the best music that I have heard from anyone in any area of music. The Prophet’s Song as a highlight of A Night At The Opera contains a ton of excellent melodies. There is marvelous mix of music in Love Of My Life. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Bohemian Rhapsody is a song that definitely grows on you and becomes an album favorite. Nice and different song.
