Now signed to Pop - Various Artists’s Savoy Records, the title track from second album “Now That’s What I Call Music 24″ leads Pop - Various Artists’s back-to-school campaign. On Now That’s What I Call Music 24 album, Pop - Various Artists have renewed their membership in the ‘if it ain’t broke…’ school of songwriting. There is no doubt that Pop - Various Artists has talent. One of Pop - Various Artists’s best albums yet.
You have to get essence of the It’s Not Over (Daughtry)’s power, to truly understand this masterpiece. If Everyone Cared (Nickelback) (3:35) Not one of my favorites, but for a lot of people this is one of their best songs. How to Save A Life (The Fray) is almost impossible to review. Face Down (The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus) is one of the best records ever. This track is clearly meant to showcase Pop - Various Artists’s vocal abilities. Suddenly I See (KT Tunstall) is, without a doubt, my favorite song, ever. Smile (Lily Allen) is another strong production from Pop - Various Artists. Put Your Records on (Corrine Bailey Rae) (3:33) - Oh, this is one of my favorites! Say Goodbye (Chris Brown) is perfect song though, very addictive. Ice Box (Omarion) is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Promise (Ciara) on Now That’s What I Call Music 24 is solid and easy to listen to. Lyrics of You (Feat. Lil’ Wayne) (Lloyd) are precise and evocative. In Shortie Like Mine (Feat. Chris Brown & Johnto Austin) (Bow Wow) the light shines equally on lyrics, vocals and instrumentation. I Wanna Love You (Feat. Snoop Dogg) (Akon) is possibly the most mysterious and inexplicable track Pop - Various Artists ever produced. My Love (Feat. T.I.) (Justin Timberlake) is astounding. This song stands out greatly from the others. As always, Pop - Various Artists’s lyrics are worth listening to again and again. Break it Off (Feat. Sean Paul) (Rihanna) is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. Fergalicious (Fergie) hits the heart.
