Album opener Cowgirl In The Sand is a bright, upbeat ditty. Cinnamon Girl make listening to Neil Young like being in some sort of time warp. There is excellent mix of music in Helpless. Nice and different song. Only Love Can Break Your Heart is cool work of Neil Young. Southern Man one of the most beautiful songs i’ve ever heard. In Ohio Neil Young is at his best. The Needle and The Damage Done - another great track from the Greatest Hits album. Old Man is an incredible song that has everything it needs to be another favorite track. Heart Of Gold is perfect. This is the most melodic ambitious and satisfying track in Greatest Hits. Comes A Time on Greatest Hits is solid and easy to listen to. Hey Hey, My My (Into The Black) is probably the most interesting track on Greatest Hits. Rockin’ In The Free World - A catchy, upbeat tune. The song feels complete.
