Thom Yorke has compared writing for Metallica’s new album to that on ‘Unplugged’ - but has declared the lyrics will be even more terrifying. Metallica had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Helpless is a romantic if not formulaic ditty. Song The Four Horsemen is actually a funny song. Album opener Poor Twisted Me is a bright, upbeat ditty. Nothing Else Matters is an upbeat song with a constant snare hit. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. Tuesday Gone is a very good song maybe surprisingly better than you at first might’ve imagined. Last Carress one of the best in my collection. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Bleeding Me has to be one of the most beautiful tracks on the entire album. Medley is a striking and quite long song.
