Waking Up Laughing is an amazing album, racked with beauty.Lead single “Love Land” and “House Of A Thousand Dreams” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. five years ago, Martina McBride briefly lived up to their terrific name, with an insanely addictive hit single called “House Of A Thousand Dreams”. I love this album so much, i’ve been crazy about Martina McBride ever.
|titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. This is one hell of a track. Still going through Waking Up Laughing and coming to appreciate Beautiful Again more and more with every listen. From the sound of it, I believe the song can be a big radio hit. From the moment you listen to I’ll Still Be Me you’re hooked. Anyway (Album & Digital Single Version) has a gorgeous instrumental sound, which lets Martina McBride’s strong vocals come to the fore. What sets For These Times apart is Martina McBride’s innovative and organic way of creating atmospheres. Tryin’ To Find A Reason - This one is lively and fun. If I Had Your Name I just LOVE this mix! The sound in Cry Cry (Till The Sun Shines) is really warm and Martina McBride’s signature voice is still very much present.
