There is no doubt that Kaiser Chiefs has talent. Lead single “Ruby” and “Angry Mob” start with near-whispers before kicking into giddily catchy, fuzz box-driven hollered hooks. There is so much to love about Kaiser Chiefs, starting with incredible harmonies, songwriting chops and stellar stage presence. This album is awesome.
Angry Mob is probably one of Kaiser Chiefs’s biggest successes for the album - it’s lovely to listen to. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Highroyds - This one makes me want to not only sing along. Love’s Not A Competition (But I’m Winning) gives taste of what makes Kaiser Chiefs special as a musician. In Thank You Very Much Kaiser Chiefs spins a tale you want to hear to the end. I Can Do It Without You is just a great song and one well worth taking the time to give it a good listen. In this song fans will recognize the unique vocals of Kaiser Chiefs. It’s so catchy, it’s amazing. Overall a nice softer song. Learnt My Lesson Well is one of my favorite songs by Kaiser Chiefs. This track is a great song that still never gets old. Song Retirement is actually a funny song.
