James Blunt had quite a long carriere and they made many hits. Since completing 2004’s ‘High’, James Blunt fulfilled their contract with EMI Records and where under no obligation to release another album. After seeing High, I had to have a good James Blunt cd. Cool, but I like their other actual stuff better like Back to Bedlam.
From the moment you listen to You’re Beautiful you’re hooked. Still going through Back to Bedlam and coming to appreciate Wisemen more and more with every listen. Goodbye My Lover is a song you cannot help but think about at odd moments in your day. Get Back to Bedlam and turn on Tears and Rain if you are going to sip your wine late at night. Out Of My Mind - Check out that bassline! |titile| is a sure sign of something most of us are experiencing, maturity. Billy one of the best in my collection. Cry is perfect. No Bravery is simple, dignified and effective, James Blunt refusing to over-emote, and demonstrating that less is more.
