Since completing 2006’s ‘Quicksand’, Incubus fulfilled their contract with ForeFront Records and where under no obligation to release another album. A Kiss To Send Us Off without a doubt is the standout song of Light Grenades. Dig marked the continuation of Incubus in style evolution. Anna Molly is perhaps one of the best tracks of the past decade. This track is clearly meant to showcase Incubus’s vocal abilities. I like the idea behind Light Grenades. Earth To Bella (Part 1) is beautiful, yet underrated track. Oil And Water - This one has a powerful beat and a good melody. I find myself hearing bits of Diamonds And Coal here and there throughout my waking hours. Rogues is perfect. Paper Shoes is a striking and quite long song. This track is a fabulous selection of easy listening, suitable for any age, taste or occasion. Earth To Bella (Part 2) - A catchy, upbeat tune.
