IF YOU LIKE ALL Evanescence’S SONG GO FOR IT! I am not a real Rock music type of person, but i have to admit ‘The Open Door’ really is amazing. For older fans The Open Door will put a massive smile accross your face. IT makes me wanna dance!
Some of the arrangements found on The Open Door are surprisingly edgy. I find myself hearing bits of Weight Of The World here and there throughout my waking hours. Evanescence offers the kind of music here that makes you reflect on yourself. The sound of Cloud Nine is difficult to describe, as it seems to squirm in a sensual manner, unlike anything ever created. Snow White Queen has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Lacrymosa one of the best in my collection. Strong, powerful vocals of Evanescence in Like You are very impressive. The opening track Lose Control is very much like you would expect from other albums. The Only One is possibly the best song Evanescence has come up. The first time I listened to Your Star I was struck by its amazing sound. All That I’m Living For is a gorgeous song and it grows on you. Good Enough is really the reason why I recommend buying The Open Door. Call Me When You’re Sober (Acoustic Version) gives taste of what makes Evanescence special as a musician.
