It’s such an underrated song. David Bowie is one of artists that allow his songs like Day-In Day-Out to stand on their own and be heard. Blue Jean is the funkiest number on the album. I like the agression and power of When The Wind Blows. Voice of David Bowie in Absolute Beginners is honest and guitar work is subtle and poignant. Loving The Alien is a great song to contemplate the modern music and what it really is all about. This Is Not America motivates you to get up and do something to improve your life and the life of others. Cat People is one of the coolest songs David Bowie has ever recorded. The Drowned Girl has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. Alabama Song pretty much defines how I feel spiritually. Excellent vocals and musical performances. Scary Monsters is outstanding work of David Bowie. China Girl is one of these floating songs. The song feels complete. Awesome song is really all that you can say about it. Under Pressure is the album’s biggest hit, I think. Ashes To Ashes rocked my world when I popped it into my car stereo. I like to sing along with Let’s Dance, though I mess up the lyrics sometimes.
