Cherry Ghost is one of artists that allow his songs like 4AM to stand on their own and be heard. Don’t judge Mountain Bird on the first listening. This track is nearly perfect if not perfect. Roses the elegant and beautiful song on the album is hard to describe. Dead Man’s Suit still maintains something of a specific flourish. It’s very catchy and easy to get into which is what you want in a song. Alfred The Great - a classic song. Opening track Here Come The Romans shows the best of Cherry Ghost. This is the kind of song I think of when I think of Cherry Ghost. Mathematics has a beautifully haunting disco flavor. The Same God is so unique, as each one of the songs is.
